Arrived at towyn friday evening to see windsurfing mate to be disapionted at low wind strenth and only a 15 mph wind forcasted for sat so typical windy week with not a lot on weekend again.
Arose saturday to find a 3 to 4 blowing at 10.30 so striaght out on a 7m and large board for first real session this year in blazing sun. After half an hour wind increased to my delight and out came 100 litre board.surf was disappointedly flat due to direction and lack of swell.Another 15 mins and my arms were being pulled out as the forcasted 15 turned to a 25 and i was in for a 6m as quick as posible.
A really good session was had with loads of power and a bit of swell towards mid afternoon but lack of practice this year showed as carving did not come to easily as it should have.My mate paul was really enjoying himself as it was his first time on the sea front in perfect intermediate conditions.

Late on in after noon the large kit came back out to play but just as enjoyable for me so a good 5 hour section was enjoyed by all, totally knackered know ,great.
